What is ‘ShopOnLine’?
‘ShopOnLine’ is our Online Only
shopping channel. Here you can shop for computer hardware and software products
from almost every major manufacturer at competitive prices. These products are
stocked at various warehouses across North America, from where we fulfill your
order depending upon item availability and ship-to location.
What is ‘Shop Local Channel’?
This channel is not implemented as yet for online shopping. This link shows
products which we have traditionally carried in our retail store in Beavercreek,
Ohio. We stock some of the products, mostly of common use such as a selection of
RAM, motherboards, CPUs, monitors and computer cases, etc. Customers can buy
these products at the retail store and soon, they will also be able to order
these online as well.
Do customers require separate registration for
‘ShopOnLine’ and ‘Shop Local Channel’?
Yes, as of now, customers need to register separately for shopping on these
channels.
Do you same products on both ‘ShopOnLine’ and
‘Shop Local Channel’?
’ShopOnLine’ lists about 500K products whereas ‘Shop Local Channel’ carries
only few hundred products.
Is there price difference for the same
products on ‘ShopOnLine’ and ‘Shop Local Channel’?
Yes, there can be price difference for a particular product on both channels
due to difference in our shipping cost or a different supplier.
Prices and Availability
Are prices and quantities shown on our website
are in real-time values?
No, we download and update the product descriptions, availability and price
list from the distributors, once every business day. Consequently, prices and
quantities on our website may be 12 hours old. However, once an order is placed,
we check real time price and availability through our XML connection to the
warehouses. In some circumstances, the prices may differ significantly due to
nature of the computer products. In such a case we will inform you of new price
and let you decide if you still would like the order to be fulfilled.
Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to process the order?
Online orders are generally processed the same day if received before 4:00
PM EST. However, actual shipment would depend upon the item availability, the
warehouse location and carrier pickup time from where the shipment is being.
How are shipping charges calculated?
For ‘ShopOnLine’ channel, shipping is calculated from the warehouse where the
product is being shipped from to the customer’s ship-to location. Please note
that the shipping charges which you see are estimated depending upon weight and
size of the package. We will update the charges to correct amount and notify
once the shipping warehouse location is determined.
For ‘Shop Local Channel’, shipments include exact amount charged, including
insurance charges. The orders are shipped from the store location, Zip Code
45430. Pick-up or courier delivery is also available in local area.
Payments
What payments methods do we accept?
For ‘ShopOnLine’, customers can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, PayPal or Google Checkout. Qualified customers can also use ‘Net
Terms’ by issuing Pos (Purchase Orders). For ‘Shop Local Channel’, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, POs or checks.
Please note that CVV or CVN codes of your credit card will be required when
paying by credit cards.
Warranties
What warranty do we offer?
All purchases carry manufacturer warranty only. We will accept return
or exchanges within 30 colander days from the date of the invoice, if
pre-approved and supported by a manufacturer case number. Please read the
Terms and Conditions before you make a
purchase.
If you have problem with some product, we will certainly take up the case
with the manufacturer and try to solve the issue but it would not alter our
right and obligations as defined in Terms and Conditions.
